The Oxfordshire Cook Book featuring The Kitchen
It has been an exciting week in The Kitchen this week. We are very privileged to have been selected to be included The Oxfordshire Cook Book by Meze Publishing. Our recipes will be included alongside others, from excellent restaurants across the county.
We had a great photographer, Paul Carroll, which always helps a photo shoot go smoothly who took some fantastic shots of both the food and The Kitchen, even Charlie helped out. And now we just need to finalise our words and recipes.
The creative team have been hard at work creating a delicious Cotswold Chicken dish and a rhubarb and custard pudding. When working on the recipes, the team were conscious that the dish should not be over complicated to create at home and must look appealing and colourful to photograph. And of course feature local produce and herbs from our own garden. Well as you can see, The Kitchen team excelled themselves.
We are so looking forward to be included in the cookbook and being able sell the book from The Kitchen when it has been printed in the summer.
And watch this space, Anthony has always fancied doing his own book on food, travels and business and I think he might have now got a taste for it ……
